At XCL ASB, I help with the visual part of many school events. I take photos, design banners, and plan the art direction to make each event look beautiful and match the school’s style. During the event, I capture moments of students, teachers, and activities that show the school’s fun and community spirit.
After the event, I create a short summary video that shows the best moments. The video is shared inside the school community to remember and celebrate what we did together. I enjoy turning every school event into something visual and meaningful that everyone can feel proud of.
As part of my work at XCL ASB, I am responsible for the art direction of many school events. I develop creative ideas and design styles for each event, offering several visual options for the school leadership team to review and choose from. Once the concept is approved, I measure the event locations and create key visuals that match the theme and atmosphere. These visuals are then adapted into banners and decorations for different areas around the school.
My work also includes the procurement process. I contact vendors, compare prices, and negotiate to make sure the school receives high-quality display materials at a good cost. I also help test new vendors when needed. After production, I work closely with the school Facilities and Services team to install all the banners and ensure everything is ready before the event day. When the event is finished, I organize the takedown and store the materials properly for future use.
So far, I have directed the visual design and setup for several major school events, including Open Day, Bespoke, Halloween, Loy Krathong, and Three-Way Conferences. Each project allowed me to combine creativity, planning, and teamwork to make the school’s visual environment more engaging and memorable.
